Member Profile
How long have you been a member of AAF Omaha?
Since 2004
Why did you join AAF Omaha?
First, as a
networking tool; now I just really enjoy meeting with my fellow ad
& media junkies and do what I can to spread the word about this
crazy business. Despite all the changes I still can't think of
anything else I'd rather do.
If you could have a super power, what would you pick?
Invisibility! Think about the fun you could have!
If a song were to describe you, what song would it be?
"They're Coming to Take Me Away Ha Ha" by Rolf Harris..see
question #2.
What time is your most productive part of the day?
Early morning and late at night.although the older I get,
the late at night is getting earlier and earlier.
What's your favorite drink?
Coca Cola in an 8
ounce GLASS bottle! They're hard to find and kind of pricey but
worth every penny. Not only does it taste great, it takes me back to
a simpler time.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would
you live?
Right here, I absolutely love Omaha.okay, maybe
Anaheim, California since I'm a Disneyland freak.
What do you like most about your job?
Meeting
with clients -- whether its one I've worked with for 25 years or
meeting one for the first time --and coming up with fun, creative
ways & promotions to sell their product. And writing radio
commercials is still my favorite thing to do!
What did you want to be when you grew up?
A
disc jockey. As a kid I used to go over to the old Mighty 1290 KOIL
studios at 8901 Dodge and watch guys like Joe Light, Shotgun Tom
Paige and Big Bruce Vidal light up the airwaves.and I was hooked!
Years later in college I got my first D.J. gig at Z-92 working
overnights, eventually ending up at KOIL.so it was truly a dream
come true.
Imagine you woke up in the morning and discovered
you'd switched bodies with someone you know. What would you do?
Tell that person to lose some weight.
